English term

in it

English to French Bus/Financial Investment / Securities
We would characterise our present positioning of 88% with a 'full' solar weighting as cautious bias as we approach key debt deadlines in the Eurozone and the US but 'in it'.

Je ne comprends pas cette expression. Merci d'avance.

Not an expert, but... .. I would say you need to read it as "... characterise our positioning as [cautious] but 'in it'." — I assume they mean that they are erring on the safe side, but are still 'in the running' for whatever is going on here.

'positioning' goes with 'in it' as I wold read this, though of course we don't know what 'it' is.

I must emphasize that I am not in any way a specialist in this field, and am basing my interpretation on purely linguistic considerations!
