Media material submitted by a XXXX employee or independent contractor is the property of XXXXX* as a “work for hire”. A former employee or independent contractor of XXXX* may request nonexclusive rights to reproduction and distribution of any material submitted during employment, so long as that material is not sold or otherwise used to generate income. No such reproduced material may make reference to XXXX*, its copyright or trademarks without the prior written consent of XXXXX*.
