"All repairs to the Vessel required by the terms of this Warranty shall be made at a repair facility designated by the Builder and reasonably convenient to the Vessel in view of the technical expertise and equipment available at such location (the “***Warranty Shipyard***”).
The Builder shall bear the costs of repairing defects and replacing parts and equipment.
The Buyer shall bear all transportation costs associated with delivering the Vessel to the ***Warranty Shipyard*** and all costs associated to berthing, hauling and launch at the ***Warranty Shipyard***."
Merci beaucoup.

http://www.navalforce3.com/pages/Conditions-generales-de-ven...
\"All repairs to the Vessel... shall be made at a repair facility designated by the Builder... (the “***Warranty Shipyard***”).
>
