qui en découlent Explanation: A claim "accrues" when the thing happens that gives Party A a legal claim (i.e., reason to file a lawsuit) against Party B. Or to put it another way, it accrues when Party B does something wrong which gives Party A reason to sue Party B. https://definitions.uslegal.com/a/accrual-of-claims/ A claim accrues "from" the set of facts or acts that cause a claim to exist. For instance, if A drives carelessly and hits B's car, B's claim "accrues from" A's negligent driving. So in this context, it just means results or arises from. "Therefrom" (usually one word -- OP, the two-word phrase may be a typo) means "from the thing that was just mentioned," so in this case, from resale to third parties. "En découler" is the usual FR translation of the EN "arise therefrom." It works here. |
