When the event angle and the lift amount change, a central position (central angle) of the event angle does not move, but the degrees of the angle ranging from the central angle to the valve opening timing and the valve closing timing change.

the variable event angle mechanism 1 is configured to variably control the valve lift amount and the event angle for only one intake valve of the dual-intake valve internal combustion engine.
