In consideration of xxx's agreement to pay the Fee and subject to the provisions of this Agreement the yy hereby licenses the following rights to xx, during the Termin the Territory only, Clip Rights (in each case of the relevant duration) to be used on its Exclusive Pay TV Rights programming service, preview programming, analysis programming and promotional trailers;
