This is my sentence :)
It is part of an endless list of types of leaves listed with the country abbreviated name at the beginning of the segment, followed by the type of leave (sickness, extended sickness, accident at work, paternity/maternity/parental leave, paid or unpaid etc).
And no, it is not a typo for Pilgrim. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I looked up in the Indian Holiday list, but did not find anything that helps.

Aucun doute sur le sens, mais comme ça n'existe pas en France (pays de destination ?), on ne peut qu'inventer : « congé pélerinage » ? Sur le modèle de « congé parental », « congé maternité », etc.
