English to French Tech/Engineering Petroleum Eng/Sci gas pipeline construction

A total of 5 valve stations will be constructed alongside the pipeline route. A typical valve station will cover a fenced area of approximately 50m X 50m, and will be gravel paved. The valve stations are un-manned. A valve station typically includes:

 Sectionalizing valve;
 Emergency vent;
 SCADA and cathodic protection shelter; and
 Power source for SCADA and cathodic protection (usually solar panels).
Sectionalizing valve is used to isolate the pipeline into shorter sections to serve hydro-static testing, as well as emergency shutdown and venting.
