Très difficile de donner une traduction juste étant donné que le concept n'existe pas en France, ni même au Québec où les "honors programs" universitaires sont différents des "honours courses" des lycées américains.
Je fais pour l'instant cette proposition, mais je continue à réfléchir.

Explanation:
I'm more familiar with the reverse translation, having helped thousands of French jobseekers with their English CV, but I imagine this is a Vocational High School Diploma, specialising in Psychology.

If that assumption is correct, then this would be my choice.

I think that's what it is, David. It seems they have general and vocational studies is the US much as they do in France (and the International Bac, too!). I would expect this to be a social sciences diploma, specialising in psychology.

Following the discussion about "honors" here, I think the addition of the word "renforcé" is what you're looking for. Try Googling "bac anglais renforcé".

Asker: Merci beaucoup Sheila, cela confime ce que je pensais, il s'agirait donc d'une sorte d' "enseignement de spécialité"

Asker: Merci Sheila, en effet, l'anglais renforcé est réservé aux élèves qui ont de très bonnes notes en anglais, mais je crois que c'est la seule matière pour laquelle on utilise ce terme, donc je vais rester sur enseignement de spécialité, ou cours de spécialisation car le texte explique que le cours est réservé aux meilleurs étudiants

neutral  Claire Nolan: Sheila, a vocational school in the U.S. would not offer an honors or psychology class. It would be a regular high school, and this class would be for the better students, probably students who intend to study in Social Sciences in University.
