When did the Volleyball come into your life?
All my family have played volleyball, so when I was 4 years old I already knew how to dribble, bagging, ***making the base***. However, as a child, volleyball was not that fun for me, so I chose to do other sports. Then at the age of 12, I started officially playing volleyball.

Je ne suis pas sûr à 100 %, mais voici une piste qui pourrait vous aiguiller.
J'ai d'abord cru qu'il s'agissait de la passe qui précède la volée, la deuxième touche d'une phase offensive. Mais je me demande si l'auteur ne voulait tout simplement pas dire qu'elle avait appris les "bases" pour jouer au volley-ball. Les deux termes précédents ("dribble" et "bagging") semblent aller dans ce sens.
