"Today is Day Three of Employee Appreciation Week, and the theme throughout this day is to Make Appreciation Meaningful. As XYZ stated, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget ***how you made them feel***"."
"Die Mitarbeiter werden vergessen, was Sie gesagt haben, sie werden vergessen, was Sie getan haben, aber sie werden nie vergessen ..." - ja, was?
"... was Sie dafür getan haben, dass sie sich gewürdigt fühlten" ???
Das scheint wohl gemeint zu sein, bin damit aber nicht glücklich.
Hat jemand einen besseren Vorschlag?

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
