Any shareholder may at any time request the redemption of all or part of his shares by the Company. The redemption price shall be paid not later than 7 business days in Luxembourg after the date on which the applicable net asset value was determined or after the date on which the share certificates have been received by the Company, if later, and shall be equal to the net asset value for the relevant Fund as determined in accordance with the provisions of article xxx hereof less a redemption charge and / or ***contingent deferred sales charge***, as may be decided by the board of directors from time to time and as disclosed in the prospectus.
