TTM -Trailing Twelve Months
PTTM -Prior Trailing Twelve Months

"Prior Previous Twelve Months" is "doppelt-gemoppelt" and doesn't sound right.
The normal abbreviation PPTM = PowerPoint Macro-Enabled Presentation.

Prior Previous Twelve Months? PPTM könnte der Vorjahresvergleichszeitraum zu PTM sein, also die 12 Monate vor PTM („Prior Previous Twelve Months“ also). Analog zu PLTM (Prior Last Twelve Months).

Für PPTM finde ich jedoch online kaum Belege (ganz im Gegensatz zu PLTM).

Und ich habe gerade eine Erleuchtung... ich glaube das beantwortet sich selbst:
Last Twelve Months = LTM
Previous Twelve Months = PTM
M = Month, T = 12, L = Last und P = Previous....

PowerPoint Usually it is a format for PowerPoint presentations. I Do not know what that has to do with your context though.
