I can't find the exact German term for "collection account" - Context: "a pledge of the collection account for the purchase prices". Wider context: Securing of a real estate loan. Can anybody help?

Das ist gut möglich. Ich verstehe den Text einfach nicht. Besonders, da im Satz davor von einem (anderen?) collection account die Rede ist - dort geht es klar om ein Mietkonto. Vielleicht liegt ein Fehler im Quelltext vor. Ich habe den Kunden um etwas mehr Kontext gebeten.
