English term (edited): (Nigeria) High Court Registry (Office)
Selected

It is not a high court register but a High Court (upper casing) Registry Office cf. Register Office for civil, non-religious weddings in many ENG Common Law countries.

So Geschäftsstelle IMO is right.

A Register would imply not only a Court Case List but also a e.g. a Bills of Sale Register (for chattel mortgages) like the one kept in one room at the Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand in London.

I'm unsure we need worry about a District Registry / Zweiggeschäftsstelle of the High Court as 'Abuja ist seit dem 12. Dezember 1991 die Hauptstadt von Nigeria in Westafrika' - namely a 'Principal Divisional Office' within that Capital.
Example sentence:

Nigeria: Where there is no designated bills of sale registry, the Registrar of the High Court will be responsible for the registration of bills of sale at the State High Court.

Note from asker:
Dietl/Lorenz has "district registry Br Zweiggeschäftsstelle des High Court of Justice in den größeren Städten". This makes me wonder at the accuracy of the other answer from our good and respected colleague YMN. But then, this one might actually be a lil tricky. Thanks.
