Something online, or a bulk order? I have no idea what the V stands for, But I suspect the O stands for online. "Check your "V" online for the current shipping prices".

Reasoning:
1) May we assume the prices have changed?
2) If the customers have a price list on paper, it could now be out of date due to the new warehouse.

Perhaps it could also be a Virtual Order Book - an online equivalent of a catalogue

Alternatively:
Failing that, I could envisage it being a Volume Order = Volumenbestellung - in this case, the customer would be buying products wholesale with a fixed list of items in fixed quantities and now has the ability to compare the new and former shipping prices.
