Το thread(ed) rod λέγεται στα Ελληνικά ντίζα ή ράβδος με σπείρωμα (πιο λόγιο, αλλά καθόλου βολικό.)

Θερμής έλασης threaded rod απ΄όσο ξέρω δεν υπάρχει. Άρα, είναι ψυχρής έλασης. βλ. εδώ

Άρα θα το έλεγα "ράβδος με σπείρωμα ή ντίζα ψυχρής έλασης".
