I am translating the general terms for a supply of goods. In the articles discussing intellectual property rights, I found the following sentence:

"The Supplier acknowledges and accepts that under no circumstance shall it be authorized to exploit the Assets (either of an industrial or intellectual nature etc.,) under any property lawfully admitted."
