Νομίζω ότι πρόκειται για το δικαίωμα ψήφου του τίτλου της μετοχής, που μπορεί να έχει πολλαπλούς δικαιούχους - συγκυριότητα- και να είναι ονομαστική ή ανώνυμη.
"Κάθε μετοχή παρέχει δικαίωμα μίας ψήφου στη Γενική Συνέλευση. Σε περίπτωση συγκυριότητας επί μετοχής, το δικαίωμα των συγκυρίων ασκείται υποχρεωτικώς μόνο από ένα κοινό αντιπρόσωπο"

H κοινή μετοχή και η προνομιούχος μετόχή, αντιστοιχούν στο common share και στο privileged share,και έχουν να κάνουν με την απόδοση μερισμάτων ποσοτικά.

Ελπίζω να σε καλύπτει καλύτερα ο όρος ανώνυμη μετοχή πολλαπλών δικαιούχων, ως προς την απόδοση, ως προς την κυριότητα-ονομαστική, ανώνυμη.

δεν έχει να κάνει με το ποιός θα έχει απόδοση από τον τίτλο, αλλά ποσοτικά τι απόδοση δικαιούται.
