English to Hebrew Tech/Engineering Agriculture Tobacco processing

I am translating parts of the Bulgarian Act on Tobacco and tobacco-related products. There is a process called "tobacco conditioning" that makes the leaves more pliable so that they can be processed without being bruised or torn. Please help me find the correct term in Hebrew.
