The result of these tests will inform us whether you are eligible for clinical screening into the
study xxxxxx. This testing is called molecular pre-screening. Please read the
information carefully and discuss it with anyone you want. This may include a friend, your
doctor or a relative. If you have questions please ask the study doctor or study staff to answer
them. If the results of the testing show that you are eligible to be treated in the clinical study,
you will receive a second informed consent form, called the study-specific informed consent,
which has complete information about the clinical study and the study procedures.
