Qui è piuttosto chiaro il consiglio di "aggiornare"="keep up to date","update".
Inoltre solitamente si parla di "Requisiti di sistema","Aggiornamenti di Sistema", "operativo" può essere omesso, poiché è implicito in "sistema".

agree  Alain Dellepiane: Per sapere cos'è una patch basta aprire un un dizionario di Italiano. Se invece il testo è rivolto a un pubblico non-esperto, è meglio usare il termine di Windows: "aggiornamenti" (vedi Pannello di controlllo/ Centro sicurezza Pc).
