agree  pcs_MCIL: Su "normalmente aperta" sono sicura, c'è pure l'acronimo NA, mentre per la seconda parte direi "chiusa se in tensione" (ma non sono 100% sicura che sia un'espressione standard, sto perdendo colpi col tempo!)
