English term (edited):
berley trail
Selected
scia di pastura
mispelling for berley trail = tipo di esca (pastura)
vedi berley pot (immagine)http://www.tackletactics.co.nz/Berleypots.html e http://www.wobblypot.co.nz/
in italiano pasturatore

a good berley (ground-bait or chum) trail is so close to being essential to catching fish when bait-fishing that to try and do so without one is mostly wasting fishing time. Setting up a berley trial should be the first job when you have settled on your fishing spot.
The aim of a berley trail is to draw fish from the surrounding area to as close to your bait as possible. There is a key to successful fishing here: a good berley trail should concentrate fish around your bait.

dovresti adattare il termine, qui si riferisce penso al profumo emanato dalla cottura

o forse non e' riferito alla cottura ,ma all'utilizzo dei gamberi come esca..dipende dal contesto
