Intanto come è scritto in inglese è imperativo... quindi SVEGLIA! :P
Buddy - che sarebbe un compagno - ormai viene tradotto "amico" sia nei social network che nei giochi.
To snooze = dormire/appisolarsi (cioè l'essere in pausa) che in termini informatici equivale all'essere sospeso - il termine viene tradotto in questo modo nella maggior parte degli instant messenger e nei giochi MMO.
Credo che la logica sia ovvia... :P

Secondo me puoi tradurre anche letteralmente (e/o liberamente). Non si tratta sicuramente di un'espressione "standard" e, visto anche che nel source ci sono cose tipo "the players who has" e "The number of Facebook buddy", non mi sembra che chi ha preparato il source abbia prestato particolare attenzione alla forma...
Solitamente su FB i creatori delle app cercano di "usare" gli utenti delle loro app per coinvolgere i loro "amici" a usare la loro app, e la frase "If you send a message to your buddy via Facebook now, {0:n0} chips will be given out right away!" mi fa pensare che sia questo il caso, per cui userei anche forme alternative, tipo "manda un avviso/una notifica a un amico", ma trattandosi di localizzazione si tratta di vedere se il numero di caratteri a disposizione è sufficiente per tutti i vari casi in cui appare questa espressione. "Dai la sveglia a un amico" è solo 4 caratteri più lungo di "awaken snoozing buddy" quindi dovrebbe essere OK.
