normalmente nelle spedizioni postali si indica semplicemente come località (sono anche consulente in PosteItaliane). In Svizzera esiste la "Località postale" ma no credo sia il tuo caso.

Allora si o vai con agglomerato o con frazione. Il problema è che nella toponomastica italiana abbiamo molti termini che sono quasi sinonimi ma che hanno sfumature amministrative differenti.
