Should a third party file claims against the Supplier due to legal defects of the work, including third party’s copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property rights infringement, the Customer shall relieve (indemnify and hold harmless) the Supplier from any liability under such claims and shall be held fully liable to the Supplier for related damage incurred by the Supplier and reimburse the Supplier for all the related costs, including the amounts of compensations adjudged or arranged in settlements and costs of representation in court proceedings.
