Governance: The system through which the commercial companies are managed and controlled. The
rules of governance shall determine the distribution of rights and liabilities among the companies’
stakeholders such as the Board of directors, the managers, the shareholders, and the other
stakeholders. Such system shall state the rules and procedures relevant to the decision-takings vis-à-vis
the Company’s affairs.
