Appointing the Acting Security Officer
The business management appoints Mr. Pinco Pallino as "Acting Security Officer" of the company (Nome dell'azienda) with effect from 3rd May 2010 in accordance with the Regulation (EC) No.:300/2008 as well as its implementation regulations.
In his role as Acting Security Officer, he reports directly to the business management of the company Gebr. Heinemann and will also report on this work to the business management.
