Vi chiederei di darmi un suggerimento per rendere in maniera corretta la frase "big, structured years", secondo la terminologia enologica corretta. Mi pare che "annate grandi e strutturate" non vada tanto bene.

the 2006 wines of La Morra still failed to impress me. Of course, there are always exceptions, even in big, structured years that don't exactly play to the strengths of the appellation.
