My work is driven by my interest in the similarities betweent plant animal forms, which materializes not only on the level of content but also in the choice of the material itself. The translucent intestinal pergament is molded into animals that are morphing into plants. The uncanny beauty is challenging and stirring up thoughts about the fragility of life, our closeness to death and the fact that life carries on: Incessantly and forever changing.
