Homogenization of these large liposomes vesicles was achieved using Ika Works ULTRA-TURRAX T 25 Digital homogenizer (Staufen, Germany) at 2000-4000 rpm and reduction of liposome vesicles to nano size range has been performed by extrusion using large-scale Microfluidizer® high fluid processor M-110EH at 50- 60 °C and 1200 bar.
