6.11 Subject 10 xxx's prior written approval Distributor will not sell any Products for "Nuclear Use". Nuclear Use composes the use of Products for military and/or civil nuclear applications by Distributor's direct customers and the end customers if Distributor knows or should know that the customer or end customer will use the Products for military or civil nuclear applications.
