Pojawia się to w umowie o świadczenie usług informatycznych. Zdanie jest takie:

The total cost of Roll-out of XXX system, at XXXXX: …………………... in PLN (endue tax is to be paid by the Buyer - revers charge).

Gdzieś w internecie znalazłam wyjaśnienie, że jest to podatek nakładany na dawcę wysokiej darowizny, ale nie jestem przekonana o prawidłowości tego wyjaśnienia, bo wyskoczył mi tylko jeden wynik, ponadto nijak nie pasuje mi to do kontekstu. Poza tym nie wyjaśnia, jak to przetłumaczyć na polski.
