Zamiast "malowania" może być ewentualnie "lakierowania".
Bardzo często produkujemy elementy w wersji "na gotowo" w dowolnym kolorze, nie wymagające późniejszego malowania (np. owiewki, zderzaki).

"Secondary" to dosłownie "wtórnego", ale ponieważ najwyraźniej nie chodzi tu o brak potrzeby nakładania drugiej warstwy (farby/lakieru), ale o to, że w ogóle nie trzeba malować/lakierować, to proponuję jak wyżej.
W zasadzie można by nawet opuścić przymiotnik, bo praktycznie nic nie wnosi:

"Secondary" to dosłownie "wtórnego", ale ponieważ najwyraźniej nie chodzi tu o brak potrzeby nakładania drugiej warstwy (farby/lakieru), ale o to, że w ogóle nie trzeba malować/lakierować, to proponuję jak wyżej.
W zasadzie można by nawet opuścić przymiotnik, bo praktycznie nic nie wnosi:

This says that painting is not necessary AT ALL. The surface does not EVER need painting. There is no SECOND (next) step in the PROCESS.
This is the meaning of secondary. Nothing about painting LATER.
