Any Borrower Party shall fail to deliver to the Bank, within 15 days after the Disbursement Date, the (Instrumento Particular de Cessão Fiduciária em Garantia na forma de Cambiais e/ou Duplicatas e/ou Aplicação Financeira) duly executed and filed with the competent registry office; then in any such event, the Bank may, by notice to the Borrower, declare the Principal Amount then outstanding of, and accrued interest on, the Loan and all other amounts payable by the Borrower hereunder to be forthwith due and payable, whereupon such amounts shall be immediately due and payable without presentment demand protest or other formalities of any kind, all of which are hereby expressly waived by the Borrower.
