English to Portuguese Other Law: Contract(s)

1.6 to retain legal or other professional assistance as you consider necessary;
1.7 to engage in banking and financial transactions with respect to any account in my name or in any other name for my benefit with any bank, person or organization, I hereby confer authority upon you to “conduct banking transactions” as set forth in section 2 of P.L. 1991, c. 95 (C.46:2B-11)” (or successor provision of similar import);
1.8 to prepare, execute and file all tax returns (including information returns) and other documents which relate to any
liability, claim of liability, or dispute of liability for any tax (Federal, State and/or Local) related to the Property or arising from the Transaction. It is my intention that this Power of Attorney be your sufficient authority to address such matters in lieu of IRS Form 2848 and NJ Form M-5008-R; however, if this is insufficient authority, then you are empowered to execute the requisite Powers of Attorney as my agent.
