English to Romanian Law/Patents Law (general) declaration of trust

Traduc o declaratie fiduciara din Cipru. In afara de faptul ca declaratia este pe o pagina si are doar o singura fraza, respectiv sensul e greu de deslusit si mai sint si "mici" scapari de litere ceea ce deloc nu usureaza traducerea, am mai intilnit si expresia consent to short notice of a meeting. Iata si contextul:
... We hereby authorize to sign in our name and on our belalf any instruments of transfer, and any dividend mandate of from of proxy or consent of consent to short notice of any meeting or resolution in writing or requisition or any notice of any resolution.....etc
