How to Enter
1. Simply select the category or categories you wish to enter. Organisations can be entered for one or more categories.
2. Please read carefully the criteria in relation to each selected category.
3. Complete an entry form and prepare the relevant supplementary material for each category selected, in line with the Rules for Entry.
4. Return your entry to:

5. The closing date for entries is 12.00 noon on Monday 9 June 2003.

1. Awards are available in nine categories as detailed in this brochure. The additional overall Marketing Excellence Award will be presented to the shortlisted company, that in the judges’ opinion, is the best overall marketing organisation from those that have entered.
2. The awards are open to all companies, organisations and public sector organisations with the following restrictions: entries must be from organisations which are located in Northern Ireland or
have a significant operating base in the province. National or international organisations may enter the competition but only their marketing activities within Northern Ireland are eligible.
3. Entries must be made using the official entry form accompanied by the information described at rule 4 below. Shortlisted organisations may be asked to prove any claims made in their entries.
Shortlisted organisations may be contacted by the judging panel for further information concerning their entry, which may include requests for evidence that the business is in good financial standing.
