The present project consists of adding two new steam cracking furnaces to an existing ethylene plant. All necessary utilities are imported from B.L. No feed storage facilities are foreseen. Cracked gas, HP Steam, LP steam condensate, steam drum blow-down streams and water effluent are returned to the B.L.

Подскажите, похалуйста, что это за такая "линия ..." (B.L.). Она служит для подачи углеводородного сырья в печь для термокрекинга, причем, как оговорено выше, никаких складских резервуаров здесь не предусмотрено.

Во всей инструкции только в одном месте речь о каких-то Battery Limits:
As soon as the process temperatures TI8A015 exceeds 120°C the furnace can be connected to the Primary Fractionator (outside Battery Limits). The connection at lower temperatures causes condensate in Primary Fractionator which can cause cavitation in the Pyrolysis Fuel Oil Pump.
