см. Explanation: Вообще у Александры все очень понятно объяснено и мне неудобно лезть со своим ответом, но раз уж меня попросили то, пожалуйста. Насколько я понимаю здесь речь идет о банке или другом кредиторе, пытающемся получить мезонин ( то есть недвижимость клиента) в связи с невыплатой этим клиентом мортгэджа (ссуды), а именно, обещания недвижимости кредитору как гарантии за предоставление кредита.
