Dear colleagues, please help me with these abbreviations.
It is from an EVENT ORDER at a New York hotel, refers to ATTENDANCE section - I found on the Internet it is a common thing for such orders but I am not sure how to say it in Russian in a brief way (there's a table, not enough space for long descriptions)

Это из заказа на организацию мероприятия в нью-йоркском отеле, видимо, относится к числу посетителей (ATTENDANCE).
Как я понимаю, эти сокращения встречаются в подобных документах, мне бы нужно такой же сжатый перевод на русский, потому что это всё в виде таблицы

EXP = expected = ожидаемое число гостей
GTD = guaranteed = гарантированно оплачиваемое число гостей
SET = [over]set amount = [общее/дополнительное] число накрытых мест
С EXP и GTD, по-моему, никаких проблем, здесь все ясно. Что же касается SET, то здесь может указываться либо число дополнительно накрываемых мест, либо общее число накрытых мест, включая запасные. Этот последний вариант имеет место в найдоенном вами примере, где гарантируется оплата за 45 приглашенных, а пять мест будут накрыты на запас (т.е. всего накрытых мест будет 50). Сориентируйтесь, какой из двух вариантов имеет место в вашем конкретном случае.
Что касается укорачивания текста, то здесь просто надо использовать сокращения, например, "К-ВО ПРИГЛАШ.", "ГАРАНТ.", "ВСЕГО МЕСТ" (или "ДОП. МЕСТ") - как-то так.
На примере отеля Мариотт:

ten (10) people. food will only be prepared for the guarantee, not the overset. oversets include linen, china, silver, glassware and reserved seating signage.

The expected number is pretty straight-forward; it's the number of people you expect to attend a function. The set number means the number of chairs or seats you want a facility to provide. The guarantee is the minimum number of people for whom you should expect to pay.
