These Rules are the global minimum standards and apply to all digital communications channels and all digital media of any kind that are used to transmit commercial alcohol related advertising and marketing communications (digital commercial communications) to our consumers including:

Online video
• Live-casting, podcasts and voice broadcasting;
• Company use of sharing (e.g. video and audio) websites;
Mobile
• Mobile applications or “apps”;
• “In app” advertising;
