This is a proposed appeal requesting an immediate stay of the order.
First ground: wrong because of error of law
Second ground: unjust and not one it was open to the Court to reach by the process it took

I'm a bit stuck with the translation of the second ground... more like brain dead! Could it be something like "postupom, pre ktorý sa súd rozhodol, mohol docieliť protiprávnosť a to nie len raz"...?

I just don't seem to be able to get it right.

agree  Tomas Foltyn: Dosť dobrá dedukcia, aj tá možná chyba it/that dáva zmysel. Len pre doplnenie: "is/was open to the Court to (+sloveso)" sa na gúgli vyskytuje hojne a zjavne to znamená, že súd môže, resp. má možnosť niečo 'urobiť' (príslušné sloveso si treba doplniť)
