Explanation:
V jednom technickom slovníku som niečo také našiel preložené ako - otočný doraz. Neviem však, či je to dobré alebo nie. Neskúmam to veľmi a ponúkam to len na zváženie.

V tej celej vete si však treba dobre uvedomiť vetnú skladbu. Podľa mňa sa to "against the back" vzťahuje na "knuckle", respektíve na časť "knuckle", kde je "pivot finger".
