Should be the general term, but I'd probably go for jacuzzi - it's snazzier.

Jinak ja mam doma Jacuzzi dve a to venkovni ma jako jednu z funkci vhaneni vzduchovych bublinek do mnoha desitek malinkych 1-2 mm otvoru na sedackach a dne Jacuzzi a tyto male bublinky vzduchu, vhanene do vody zvlastnim kompresorem, vytvareji efekt perlicek (sparkling). Ne vsechny jacuzzi tohle maji.
