They are talking about how during the editing proces (or even when broadcasting live) you can embed an image (a logo of the TV station, or even some small advertisement).
Se trata de pequeñas imágenes que cada estación de televisión agrega (incrusta) y se ve en la transmisión de un programa. Lo que no se quiere es que se agregue o se altere/cambie de ningún modo la imagen original.

covered logos
yo creo que se refiere a las veces en que un programa de televidion emite imagenes que "toma" de otro canal y coloca otro logo encima del logo del canal de donde lo saco para que no se vea... en ese caso podría referirse a covering of the original logo, o lgo así... más no se me ocurre... espero haberte ayudado al menos un poquito.
