(d) El Agente Registrado: El Agente Registrado de la corporación es una persona de mas de 18 años de edad, residente del Estado de Texas, que es designado por la corporación para que reciba las notificaciones oficiales enviadas a la empresa. La función del Agente Registrado es solamente el recibir las notificaciones y enviarlas a los principales de la corporación. Normalmente, el abogado de la corporación es el Agente Registrado pero cualquier otra persona residente del Estado de Texas, puede ser el Agente Registrado de la corporación.
