Exclusion of apportionment
The statutory, common law and equitable rules of apportionment shall not apply to the income of the Trust Fund or any part of it, so that all rents, annuities, dividends, interest, other income and ther periodical payments m the nature of income received by the Trustees shall be treated as accruing at the date of receipt, irrespective of the period in respect of which such income or other periodical payment is payable.
