Hello all,

I'm translating an NDA agreement (Eng UK-Spa Latin America) but I am not sure how to translate this part, specially the part between ():
Accordingly, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies it may have, the Disclosing Party shall be entitled to seek the granting of equitable relief (including without limitation injunctive relief) concerning any threatened or actual breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement.

My attempt is:
Por consiguiente, y sin perjuicio de los otros derechos y recursos que pueda obtener, la Parte Divulgante tendrá derecho a reclamar el otorgamiento de una reparación en equidad (incluyendo sin limitación una orden judicial) en relación a la posibilidad o efectivo incumplimiento de cualquiera de las disposiciones de este Acuerdo.

Hello and thank you very much to all of you,

And you showed the aspect of my concern. From good legal dictionaries (Alcaraz-Hughes) to a variety of websites, everything kind of points out to desagravio por mandato judicial. But as Gerardo also said, medidas cautelares is another very good option. (I've also seen it in a proz answer). So it seems to mean two quite different things. So the key to solve this, in a way, seems to be the context. Is that not right? thank you
